Monthly Pizza Tasting Residency

Each month, we’ll host a limited number of guests at WineUdesign for an 8-course artisan pizza tasting, with every course thoughtfully paired with wine. You’ll taste a mix of classics, riffs on regional styles, and one-night-only creations — all built on the bread and dough craft that started this whole journey.

Serpico's Bread Co., formerly known as Side Hustle Bread, went above and beyond for my Mother's 70th Birthday Party at my home. The array of pizza was incredible and so was the service! I highly recommend.

Got to try their pizza at a wine blending event at Wine U Design in Hicksville Jim and his crew busily turned out 5 different varieties of pizza from a truck parked out back. There was a Roman style, pepperoni w/ honey, margarita, prosciutto and a vegan all were AMAZING! My favorite was the pepperoni with the hot honey just a bit of spice & a bit of sweet and it was so good with the wine. Haven't had a chance yet to sample his bread but I'm sure, based on the quality of the pizza that it will also be amazing. I highly recommend seeking them out, I know you won't regret it.

My company hired Side Hustle for a customer on site lunch truck. From the time we hired them until the last meal was served we could not be more satisfied with the professionalism. Every visit to Serpico's at the Farmer's Market is a delight. Their bread is always fresh, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

I ordered a bread and cheese board for Christmas Eve and it was amazing. In addition to the beautiful presentation, everything was super fresh. Do not hesitate to order one of these boards. You will not be disappointed! -12/29/24
