A Pizza Experience
At Serpico’s Bread Co., we’ve always believed pizza deserves the same respect as any tasting menu. From our farmers’ markets and food trucks to our 8-course pizza tasting night, we’ve been slowly building toward this: a recurring chef-driven residency that lives inside a working winery.
Each month, we’ll host a limited number of guests at WineUdesign for an 8-course artisan pizza tasting, with every course thoughtfully paired with wine. You’ll taste a mix of classics, riffs on regional styles, and one-night-only creations — all built on the bread and dough craft that started this whole journey.
The February 12th event is Night One of the residency. We’d love to have you at the table as we kick it off.

Yes. For every pizza course, a wine tasting will be paired. If you like what you’re tasting, a full glass will be available for purchase and a bottles can be purchased to take home.
